# Numerology’s Life Cycles; defining the patterns of your Life

Numerology divides your life into three major stages or cycles. Each of these cycles has a general trend or pattern for that part of your life. Want to know what your life patterns are?

The timing of your Life Cycles is tied to your Life Path. Your first Life Cycle runs from birth to your first Turning Point; which is calculated by subtracting your Life Path from 36 (four times nine). Your Second Life Cycle starts at that point and ends 27 years later (3 times 9) when your last Turning point falls. Your third cycle runs from the end of your second life cycle for the rest of your life.

For example, actor Johnny Depp was born on June 9th, 1963; so his Life cycles are calculated as follows:

Life Path = (06 + 09 + 1963) = (1978) = (1 + 9 + 7 + 8) = (25) = (2 + 5) = (7)

Life Cycles:

(First Life cycle ends) = (36 – 7) = age 29

(Second Life Cycle ends) = (29 + 27) = age 56

(First Life Cycle – birth to 29) = (Month) = (6)

(Second Life Cycle – 29 to 56) = (Day) = (9)

(Third Life Cycle – 56 and up) = (Year) = (1963) = (1 + 9 + 6 + 3) = (19) = (10) = (1)

The various Life Cycle values and their meanings are shown below:

Life Cycle (1)

This cycle will call for you to be independent and stand on your own two feet. You will receive many new opportunities during these years. You will have to be decisive, self-reliant, and attend to your own needs. Leadership in some task will fall to you during these years, even if you don’t want it.

Life Cycle (2)

This cycle will hold many opportunities to work with other people, either in teams, or as part of a large group. You will make many friendships and will be sensitive to other people’s opinions in these years. You will crave companionship and may receive public recognition of some kind.

Life Cycle (3)

This cycle will be pleasant and will allow your creative work to prosper. It is likely that you’ll waste many opportunities in order to enjoy yourself. Your social life will be the dominate factor in your life. You will often be restless and bored in these years. You also will appear to be very lucky to other people.

Life Cycle (4)

This cycle will demand a good deal of hard work from you. Mundane matters will need your attention. You will often feel restricted or regimented during these years. You will receive opportunities to lay a strong foundation for success at both your work and home life. You will have to guard against becoming depressed and getting in a rut.

Life Cycle (5)

This cycle will be full of changes of all kinds. Your interests, your career, your circumstances will all tend to change quickly and drastically. Surprising, often unlooked for, adventures will come upon you, challenging your adaptability. Your communication skills will be very important during these years.

Life Cycle (6)

This cycle will focus most of your attention upon your domestic life. There will be a constant effort to achieve ‘balance’ in your life during these years. You will often be asked for advice and given many opportunities to be creative. You will be forced to take on many responsibilities.

Life Cycle (7)

There will be a great deal of soul-searching and self-analysis during this cycle. You will crave solitude for your thoughts and will tend to be confused in crowded or noisy environments. You may achieve a great deal of personal growth. Worldly wealth will come to you at its own pace. Opportunities will occur suddenly in these years.

Life Cycle (8)

This cycle will bring you slow and steady progress in your personal goals, if the needed work is done. You will sow what you reap during these years. Good or bad, you will get your just deserts. You will need to fight against a tendency to be overly ambitions. Goals will be set and tasks will be performed all in good time.

Life Cycle (9)

This cycle will bring you endless possibilities. These years will be highly emotional for you. You may find it difficult to start new projects. Frequently, sudden or unusual endings of things will occur. The practical side of life will need more of your attention during these years. This cycle will be a good time for creativity, especially in artistic endeavors.

Science Projects That Can Entertain and Teach Children on a Snow Day

Most children love to explore the outdoors. Kids love snow days, but need something to do when they become too cold and have to come inside. Use their natural love of science to help them find ways to explore the world in which they live even when they have to be indoors.

In fact, a snow day allows children to explore the natural world without the pressures of scheduled extracurricular activities to stifle their creativity. Encourage your children to find ways to explore the world of science with materials they can find right at home.

If your children attend a school with a great science program, they will have taken part in experiments and exploration that include adventures in robotics, engineering, art, life sciences, and the physical sciences. Add to their learning experience by providing them some science projects that they can easily complete at home-even on a snow day. Here are two such projects that are perfect for snow day learning fun:

Try to contain an oil spill - Your children have probably learned about some of the recent oil spills that have caused huge problems for the Earth’s oceans and its residents. This project will help your child consider the implications-and the difficulty cleaning up after-an oil spill.

Have your children get out a large mixing bowl, a teaspoon, and a bottle of cooking oil. Next, they need to add water until the bowl is about half full. Have them put a few teaspoons of oil into the bowl of water. Point out to your children that the oil is floating on the water. Next, ask them to figure out various ways to get rid of the oil in the water. If they can’t think of any, suggest materials such as paper towels, lint from your dryer, a clean wash cloth, or spoons made of various materials. Allow the children to figure out which method best removes the oil from the water. If none of the methods completely removes the oil, point that out as well.

Water surface tension or gravity – which is stronger? Liquids have surface tension. Surface tension is that force that allows a drop of water spilled onto a surface to keep its droplet formation, as opposed to spreading evenly over the surface. Is the surface tension of water strong enough to keep gravity in its place? Your kids can find out with this tried-and-true experiment that you probably did in your younger days.

Have your kids assemble the following items: a wine glass or another stemmed glass, a pitcher of water, and a cloth handkerchief. Ask them to place the glass on the table and drape the handkerchief over the glass. Have them poke the cloth into the glass into a little dimple. Next, your children can pour water into the glass until it is about three-quarters full (If your kids are too small to handle a pitcher of water, you may need to do this part of the experiment). Point out to them that the water passes through the handkerchief easily. Next, pull (or have your children pull) the handkerchief tightly across the top of the glass. Hold it in place, keeping one hand around the stem. Place your other hand on top of the glass to cover the opening completely. Hold the glass over the sink, and then turn it over slowly. Finally, pull your hand away from the mouth of the glass. The water should stay put in the glass due to the surface tension of the water.

After these amazing observations, your children may have some ideas of their own about other experiments they might want to perform. Providing that their proposals are safe for children their age, allow them to experiment freely as they please. Lend a hand if they need you. Learning experiences are, after all, something you will want to share with your kids.
